All puppies will have a Neopar vaccination at 4 weeks and 1st 5-way combo puppy vaccination at 7 weeks. They will be dewormed 3-4 times before leaving. They will be vet checked between before leaving, our vet does a thorough examination and fecal checking for Worms, Coccidia and Giardia. Puppies are microchipped before leaving. All puppies dewclaws will be done unless new owners request differently before the puppies are 3 days old, which is when dewclaws are done. Per state law no puppies will go to their new homes before 8 weeks old. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy until it is 8 weeks old and ready to leave. Deposits are $300-$500 with remaining balance due at time of pick up. All puppies are started on Diamond Naturals Small/Medium Breed Puppy Food. When food is first introduced it is soaked in goat's milk, with Canine Complete Enhanced Multivitamin added. Once puppies are weaned from mom, they will have free choice kibble (dry food) and twice a day will have soaked food. By 8 weeks old most puppies will be on straight kibble and not need soaked food anymore. All puppies are started on litter box training between 3 and 4 weeks old. We use hardwood fire pellets most of the time, if those are not available we use corncob pellets or alfalfa pellets for the litter. These smell like outdoors and puppies are naturally drawn to them. This is very easy for new owners to set up in their own homes and puppies transition very easy to pottying outside with this type of training.
